Provisional Entry List for Le Mans Classic Legend 2026 Now Available

With this new format, the event opens a new chapter while bringing rare and iconic race cars, especially from the 1993 to 2000 era, back onto the track.

After several months of anticipation, the first provisional entry list for Le Mans Classic Legend 2026 has now been revealed. With this new format, the event preserves the spirit and DNA of Le Mans Classic while also welcoming a more recent generation of cars.

Le Mans Classic Legend 2026 continues the story of endurance racing by introducing new grids featuring rare and emblematic models. In particular, many cars from the 1993 to 2000 period had become a rare sight on track, and this event now offers a unique opportunity to see them racing once again.

A first selection committee met at the end of March. Cars that do not yet appear on this initial list may still be considered during the next selection rounds. A second provisional entry list is expected to be published in the coming weeks.

Entries remain open until May 30. Interested competitors are encouraged to review the eligibility list and contact the organiser if they wish to enter a car in one of the new Le Mans Classic Legend grids.

As Le Mans Classic Legend is part of the Le Mans Classic Series, the entry list also includes a number of exceptional cars that did not compete in period at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. These cars are clearly identified and will be placed in a specific classification. This choice reflects the event’s ambition to include remarkable and historically significant models within the format.
